THERAPEUTIC YOGA AT LIVETS KLINIK

If you want to stretch, twist, strengthen, and soften you body, this is for you.

This morning class is structured like an Ashtanga yoga class, comprising of sun salutations, standing, sitting and finishing poses, and is completed with a guided relaxation.

Challenge yourself with dynamic poses, melt into stretches, and feel your body more clearly and vividly.

We work from the outside-in; finding the best structural organisation of the physical body that is possible for you right now. And we work from the inside-out; cultivating awareness of the internal sensations in the body, and allowing deep sense of release and expansion within the poses. This dual perspective makes for a simultaneously gentle and powerful practice.

WHO IS IT FOR

The class is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Most poses can be adjusted so that everyone is challenged at a level that suits them. Many notice that regular yoga practice keeps common body aches at bay especially related to the back and neck. It is also an excellent supplement to other treatment.
